REPLY SENT TO THE SENIOR ADVISOR:

Thanks for your reply - a payment was taken twice from my PayPal account ON 16/5/15 and as nobody from PPH got back to me I phoned PayPal to find out if the transaction was legitimate or not - they very quickly sorted this out for me because they saw the payment was made twice for the same invoice - please see emails sent to your support department over the last 4 days!

As I have contravened your rules to protect my own personal financial situation I fully understand that you want to keep my PPH account deactivated although I would like to gain access once to remove all my private and confidential information from my personal peopleperhour profile so that it remains secure and not open to any further complications.

I had to change all my PayPal settings because of this incident which as you can imagine was a real pain in the butt........

Again, many thanks for getting back to me and hope you manage to sort out the "glitch" you have in your payment system which allows payments to be taken out from an account twice instead of just the once before more people decide the site is just too unsafe to confide private and confidential information to!

Just another suspect identity on Peopleperhour

Just another very suspect profile on Peopleperhour - this image belongs to a lady who lives up north in Liverpool and who is the manager of a food depository - is this another identity theft that's being condoned by PPH?

Making sure People are who they say they are!!

When you take on a project it's important that you know the person you are working for is who they say they are and the same goes for employers who have to be sure they are employing someone who is real and not using somebody else's profile which is called identity theft!!!

There are things you can do to check a person out which is as follows:

Google their profile image and see what it brings up!
Check out the person's profile and how it is written - there are tell-tale signs which includes typos, misuse of typical English phrases, syntax is wrong or maybe the grammar used is really suspect

Of course these are just three ways of checking out if a profile is real or fake - but there is never a guarantee of it working. By far the best way to see if a person is who they say they are is to give them a call or ask them to phone you before you start a project with them - if they refuse - run...........

Daniyal N just another phoney identity on PPH

Daniyal is just another phoney on Peopleperhour - HE used to be a SHE - pretending to be a lady called Marli Mesibov - he stole her identity to gain work on PPH which they allowed him to do and even rewarded him for doing so by ranking him as a reliable and trustworthy "curated" freelancer - what a con!

He also claimed to be based in the UK when in reality he lives in Pakistan and this He/she was allowed to get away with using a fraudulent identity to find work on Peopleperhour - outrageous.....

Here is just one of the reviews he/she received where a very disappointed client who refers to HIM as a SHE....

Review:

Very disappointed. The piece was not at all challenging, just a short article on personal experiences as a copywriter.

What I've received is a piece that's over-stuffed with keywords, disjointed, repetitive and definitely not thought through.

I don't think Happy was quite straight with me, I suspect the copy was written in one language and then translated into English. The flow is dreadful due to the amount of commas and incorrect punctuation used in the text. Syntax leaves a lot to be desired as well.

I cannot use Happy's profile image to attribute the piece to her as a guest post because it is not of her and if I did use it, I would more than likely end up being sued by the real person whose image it is, a lady who is an extremely well-known and published author.

Very, very disappointed because none of the projects I post are ever challenging. They are quite the opposite being extremely easy and enjoyable with the added bonus of having the piece attributed to the author!

Sadly, I will not be asking Happy to provide copy for me in any future projects, but I do wish her every success in her endeavours as a copywriter!

I am not sure why you have given me such a harsh review. I asked you at-least three times whether you need any changes or not. Your reply was "please send invoice - am sure the piece is fine - thanks". I am not happy with your communication and i think being a copywriter yourself your afraid that i will take over you ! You just destroyed my profile! Will report you to PPH shortly.

All we can say to Daniyal N is this - you're an absolute plonker!

Let's hope he gets found out and taken to the cleaners over the fact he steals other people's identities so he can get work by defrauding innocent employers - which sites like peopleperhour let him do without any recourse or action being taken against him!!
