Freelance T sold another Hourlie on PPH providing a great service to many clients. On this occasion she had to deal with a difficult client and we all know how frustrating that can be! She puts it all in a nutshell in her reply to his rather acid review - so good for you Freelance T - stand up for yourself, we're proud of you!

Maybe I was just expecting an awful lot more for £95 than speaking to about 15 people in total.
Unfortunately Suzanne thinks that phoning a number and it being engaged or a dead line counts as a call and I don't agree.
Nice person but unfortunately a complete waste of money.

When I take on a project, I always ensure the client relays to me what their expectations are of the 100 calls.
I spoke with Jason on 2 occasions prior to the calls being undertook (on which i am always more than happy to do as I want a positive outcome for all parties) I asked what his expectations were and it was a mutually agreed, even when i had called 50 contacts from the data (supplied by Jason) the feedback I returned wasn't positive. In the light of this I offered to call the same numbers a second time, and to confirm to me on email as to whether he was happy with this.
He didnt even have the common courtesy to return my email, in which i did re-contact the 50 plus the remaining 50 twice over.
In retrospect, I should have read his reviews, as from what I can see he has used his bully boy tactics before!!!!!!

How to deal with difficult clients!
There's no pleasing some clients and UKs #1 SEO is most certainly one of them- he definitely falls into the category of difficult client - the owner pays miserable rates to copywriters which is just one of the problems, the other being that he is just plain rude and if you check out his own website - well what can I say - it doesn't rank that well in fact according to Alexa - it lost around 3,633,815 places in the last few months - begs the question that if he can't keep his own site on page 1 - how on earth is he going to do this for his clients?
Um.............that's a big thumbs down for Position1seo and a huge thumbs up for Freelancer T
