Opticopy just completed an article for yet another difficult client which was surprising as they first seemed to be quite educated and well mannered. However, a generic brief (no title given - just a couple of URLs with conflicting information). The piece was well written and landed in the clients' inbox in a timely manner - this was ignored for 2 days before the client rejected the invoice raised on Peopleperhour claiming the following:
"Article not up to scratch"
I must point out that the clients' budget was a measly £18 for an article boasting 800 words!!!
What do these guys want?
Have offered to proof his website (Alexa ranking has fallen dramatically) to correct all the typos, grammatical and syntax errors found on it for a fee of £75 which is an hourlie I currently offer on PPH - Watch this space to see if the client agrees to the proposal!?
Naturally had to do a rewrite, but the guy really needs to learn how to put a brief together.
