Dreadful Experience with Pharmacy2U

What a dreadful service Pharmacy2u offers its clients - they take your order which means they "accept" you requesting medication BEFORE a so-called doctor reviews your request.

This means they TAKE PAYMENT BEFORE a consultation has been done and the request for medication has been approved!!! When your order is REJECTED, the site then makes customers WAIT for their refunds - WHAT A SCAM!!!!

Check out the last review on TrustPilot - says it all!

Avoid using this site at all costs - there are plenty of other more legitimate sites out there that don't scam you out of your money BEFORE accepting an order. If you send them a message when they reject your order - this is the message you get!

Dear William,

I'm sorry you feel that as a company we have not dealt with your request in the correct manor.

In order for me to rectify this for you please can you call us on 0113 2650222 to discuss this further.

Kind Regards
Pharmacy2u

MANOR!!!!!! For goodness sake - is this an example of their professionalism???

When I sent them a message - they told me to stop contacting them because it would slow down the refund even more - NOW THAT IS A THREAT!

Good Morning,
I am very sorry to hear that you have not received your refund.
I can confirm that your order has been cancelled on the 06/11/2015.
Your payment was authorised by your card issuer when you initially placed your order on the Pharmacy2U website. As your order has now been cancelled, Pharmacy2U will not take the payment, so any funds that have been initially reserved, will be un-reserved by your card issuer. This usually takes 7-10 working days, however this may differ depending on your card issuing bank.

Thanks Karly | Pharmacy2U Support Team |

If you use Pharmacy2U - it's very much a question of BUYER BEWARE!

Yep = quite agree, had the same issues with Pharmacy2U - they sent messages saying they would sort things out and to phone them - and guess what? Took ages for them to refund my £35 - will never use the site again and hope others don't fall victim to their outrageous selling strategies -

Take a bit of constructive advice Pharmacy2U......

CONSULTATIONS should be done PRIOR to payment!!!!!!

We had a similar issue with the site - strongly believe it is a bad business practice to take money before a request for medicine has not been authorised.

Had to wait over 5 days for the refund - even though it was from our PayPal account. Pharmacy2U blamed PP, but we know it was them holding up the refund - agree with others that payment should only be made once a request for any medicine has been authorised and not before!

We even wrote a letter to Trading Standards - still waiting for a reply........
